My career began in the nonprofit and international development sector, working within audit, and project environments supporting structured, compliance-driven initiatives.
Early exposure to governance, financial controls, and operational accountability shaped how I approach execution - with discipline, clarity, and attention to detail.
I later transitioned into the banking industry, spending over a decade supporting executive leadership, partnerships, and cross-functional project and product environments. My responsibilities evolved from executive support to partnership management and project coordination to taking ownership of operational planning, executive reporting, budgeting coordination, contract oversight, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
This progression refined my leadership style: structured, calm, and focused on moving strategic priorities into measurable execution.
Today, through Veloce Operations, I provide fractional operational and executive support to leaders who require clarity, stability, and forward momentum - without the overhead of a full-time hire.
